Due to a mix up by the Pinellas Education Foundation, Evan, who wrote he attended "CHS" was funneled into the Clearwater High list of potential scholarship recipients. He was unanimously selected by the scholarship committee, and when Lynne Faimalie called to tell his he was going be awarded the scholarship, she found out he went to Countryside (the "other" CHS) and not Clearwater. But, he was so excited about the news that he won, that the committee decided to give him the scholarship. 2010 Scholarship Awarded to Clearwater High Graduate Nicholas R.
